- Appointments
- Care is by appointment so every pet gets our full attention. Call or book online, same-week visits are often available, and we'll always work to fit in urgent needs.
- Arrival & late arrivals
- Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. If you're running behind, call us, depending on the schedule we'll do our best to still see you or find the next best time. Arrivals ten minutes past their appointment time will likely be asked to drop their pet off or reschedule their appointment.
- Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service. We'll always walk you through an estimate first, so there are no surprises at checkout.
- Prescription refills
- Request refills online or by phone and allow up to 48 hours. Some medications may require a current exam before we can refill them.
